Being a seasoned senior human resources practitioner, Klennis Lau who possesses invaluable and profound HR knowledge and rich experience in sizeable global organizations.  She held several HR pivotal roles in reputable retail companies such as L’Oreal, Giorgio Armani, Cartier and Dairy Farm, etc. covering wide range of consumer products including both mass and luxury retail.  The markets in Asia Pacific Region that she has intensive HR knowledge and experience including but not limited to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and India.   

With her remarkable interests in retail business and people management, Klennis attained two Master degrees in Business Administration and Counselling in Social Science.  Given the intensive travel and challenging work schedule, she continues to pursue life -long learnings by attending another Master course in Philosophy in Hong Kong.   By quoting Percy Bysshe: The more we study, we more we discover our ignorance”, therefore, a life-long learning is an important chapter in our life journey.
