Chee Gay has more than 25 years of experience in HR, manufacturing, IT, and supply chain management. He has held management and board positions at country, regional and global levels and managed teams in the America, Europe, and Asia. This varied experience has enabled him to reinvent and transform HR outside-in during his career, with a focus on group-level HR transformation, reimagine and digitalisation of entire HR processes, culture and mindset transformation, employee experience journey, data prediction and operational excellence for sustainable growth. Chee Gay has been named the National HR Leader of the Year as well as HR Professional of the Year.

He obtained his honours degree of Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons) and completed his MBA with University Science Malaysia. He is also certified in 6 Sigma Black Belt, Lean, Design Thinking, COPC, and ALMI.
