Maggie Lock

A passionate senior HR executive with broad experience in HR transformation. After receiving her MBA at San Diego State University, Maggie started her HR career as a compensation specialist in GE. She later took on various HR management roles in a number of MNC in insurance and banking industry. As the Regional COO for the Asia Pacofoc HR team in Societe Generale Corporate Investment Bank (SG), her current role is to drive an efficient, effective and sustainable operating model within HR to enhance employee experience and SG’s employees values proposition in Asia Pacific. At the same time, she is the Employee Relations Officer to provide advice on employee relations concern and employees conduct.

On top of the regional role she plays, she is also the Head of HR for SG entities in Taiwan. Since late 2019, Maggie also volunteered to take the chair for SG’s APAC Differently Abled Network (an Employee Service Group). Being a six sigma greenbelt and certified PMP practitioner, she has led and sponsored various HR transformation projects.
