Paul is the Head of Group HR Technology and People Analytics in Jardine Matheson (JM). Prior to JM, Paul had been working in the consulting and professional services industry for the past 5-6 years, mainly specializing in HR advisory and HR transformation projects.  

Prior to Hong Kong, Paul was based in the Philippines and has had stints working in global mobility & relocation, project management, learning & development, as well as HR systems implementation & maintenance. Paul has over 8 years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-level solutions around HR automation, process optimisation & improvement, and alignment for the achievement of corporate objectives. The range of clients he had worked with in the past spans across different industries, such as financial services, cryptocurrency & blockchain, food & beverage, luxury retail, consumer goods, technology, etc.
