Peonie is an experienced and dynamic leader with an extensive background in Aviation and General Management across diverse markets including Hong Kong, the Chinese mainland and Southeast Asia. She has demonstrated ability to nurture and empower teams, resulting in successful team building and turnaround situations.

In her current role as Head of Cathay Academy – Professional & Leadership Development, she established the Cathay Academy which oversaw the growth and development of more than 15,000 enterprise employees from individual contributors to strategic leaders. In this role, she focuses on developing and implementing strategic learning programmes in partnership with business units, which has resulted in increased employee engagement, retention and succession plans established.
