Prior to joining Gleneagles, he held a leadership positions at Galaxy Entertainment Group and HKT Limited, PCCW Group, leading corporate strategy, organizational effectiveness, change, strategic program management and business development initiatives.

Rio is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). He is passionate about helping organizations strengthen leadership effectiveness, equip managers to navigate change, align teams around shared priorities, and deliver sustainable business results.
