Samantha Che is Head of People and Culture at Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited, bringing over 20 years of human resources and leadership experience across asset management, investment and wholesale banking, with more than a decade in executive and regional roles across Asia-Pacific. She partners with the Senior Leadership Team to drive enterprise-wide transformation, shaping people strategy, capability development, and culture to foster employee engagement and organisational performance. Known for her commercial acumen and pragmatic style, Samantha has led large-scale initiatives across talent, workforce transformation, performance culture, and organisational change. Prior to her current role, she held senior positions at Rabobank, IP Global, and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Samantha is a strong advocate for women in leadership and inclusive workplaces. She was selected for the Women to Watch programme, an initiative of The Women’s Foundation and the 30% Club Hong Kong, and served as a mentor in The Women’s Foundation’s 2025/26 Mentoring Programme.  A certified Life Coach, Insights Discovery Practitioner, and Mental Health First Aider, she brings a human-centred and commercially grounded perspective to discussions on leadership, workplace culture, wellbeing, career progression, inclusive leadership, and sustainable people practices.
