Sara Cheng is well-versed in diversity, talent acquisition, employer branding and change management. To her, employer branding and talent attraction are the key drivers for the future of a company, to win over the best talent in the market. It is about the story telling journey of the various touchpoints for potential candidates to get to know about the company. Employee engagement and people development are her passion, how to enrich employees’ journey with the company from the first moment they connect in-person or virtually. Talent Development is also close to her heart, how one can really grow the business and grow with the company.

Sara joined Johnson & Johnson in 2022 to lead Talent Acquisition for Hong Kong, managing lateral hiring, early-in-career programs, employer branding and HR operation optimization. Prior to J&J, Sara has held positions in L’Oréal and Morgan Stanley in their local and APAC regional teams.
