Sharlene Song holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Training from the University of Leicester. She brings with her 18 years of solid professional human resources experiences from hospitality and trading industry, and talent acquisition consulting service. Sharlene is currently the Head of Human Resources in Meiyume Hong Kong office. She serves as a strategic business partner and also leads Global Total Rewards, Process and Systems Centre of Expertise. She is passionate about building strategies and initiatives focused on solving business and people challenges, employee engagement and wellness, and driving operational efficiency through data analysis, system enhancement and process improvement.
