Based out of Singapore, Shruti’s key areas of expertise include designing and optimising HR processes across businesses and regions, developing senior leaders, identifying innovative ways to increase cost efficiency while maintaining productivity and cultural transformation to enable a diverse and progressive work environment. Before Zilingo, Shruti held multiple HR roles and has the full gamut of experiences ranging from MNCs to startups. A few years ago, she also founded a successful baking business called ‘Casa Dolce’ in India and in her downtime is an avid traveler.
