Sonal Chugani is the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Lead at Cathay Pacific. She is responsible for creating and managing Cathay’s overall DEIB strategy, framework, processes and programs with the aim to build a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. Before joining Cathay Pacific, she was the Group Diversity & Inclusion Manager at John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited. She is a passionate advocate for DEIB attending and speaking at various conferences and events. Prior to entering the field, Sonal worked in strategy and change management at major global retailers, and in marketing and business development in the legal industry.
