Stef (she/hers) is the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Asia at Warner Music Group based in Hong Kong. Prior to Warner Music Group, Stef has worked in the tech, financial services & FMCG industry with 14 years of experience as a talent management, employer branding, early careers programs and diversity & inclusion specialist at the regional and end market levels.

Stef began her career in Malaysia in Human Resources and moved to Hong Kong in 2016. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in accounting from University of Melbourne. She believes in building communities beyond the desks and office walls, and works to connect organizational, business and social outcomes together in a meaningful manner. Stef has two dogs and also volunteers as the D&I Director for Gay Games Hong Kong 2023.

She is a founding member of Manulife’s Proud Hong Kong network, sits on the leadership council of Lesbians in Finance Hong Kong and Pride in Tech. She also volunteers as the D&I Director for Gay Games Hong Kong 2023. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in accounting from University of Melbourne.
