Stephanie is the Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion for BAT’s Global Travel Retail and China business. Stephanie has over 12 years of experience in HR across various industries including FMCG, consultancy, IT and law. Stephanie relocated from Australia to Hong Kong in August last year.
During her tenure at BAT, she has held various roles across business partnering, change management and leadership. Stephanie is passionate about the future of work and how as a function human resources requires disruption to evolve and leverage today’s world of technology, AI and change in generational workforce.
