Throughout her career, she has worked closely with global business leaders to develop strategies that have positively impacted business goals, enhanced talent retention, built capability and boosted overall performance.  

Born and raised in India, and now living in Hong Kong; she has had the opportunity to work with diverse cultures across countries in Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, and Africa. Her passion lies in talent development and partnering with business leaders to drive sustainable and transformational change. With a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead teams across varied nationalities and cultures, Suparna is committed to shaping interventions that build talent capabilities and deliver successful employee journeys. Suparna’s leisure pursuits are in music, trail walking, exploring culinary skills for friends & family.
