Tracey is the Regional Mobility Leader for Mercer, APAC.

Before joining Mercer, Tracey is the Global Mobility program owner of a Fortune 500 company, supporting over 200 expats on assignments in more than 20 countries across America, Asia, Australia and Europe. During her time with PwC AU & CN/Deloitte/Cartus, she also gained plenty of experience for Mobility/Tax Consulting, Tax/social security compliance and global compensation perspective.

Tracey’s clients include various enterprises, including large state-owned enterprises, multinational companies and private enterprises, such as PetroChina, Huawei, United Energy, CATL, etc.

She has a BA degree from SISU. She is a certified Global Professional HR from HRCI and a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) of Australia Tax Institute.
