With over 20 years of extensive experience in renowned multinational companies, including Standard Chartered, Citibank, Louis Vuitton, Nielsen, Veolia Group, and Parker Hannifin LORD, Victor has established a strong track record in the Greater China and APAC region. His expertise spans external consulting and in-house HR roles, where he has contributed significantly to Talent Development / Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Talent Retention Strategies. Victor has actively participated in rebranding initiatives, change management, culture transformation projects and strategic HR planning during M&As, ensuring seamless transitions for employees amidst organizational changes.

Currently Senior Director of Learning Academy, Victor leverages his Talent Development and Learning & Development expertise to provide organizations with invaluable insights to enhance employee performance, optimize succession planning, and improve employee retention. Victor has a Master of Science in Sustainability from Imperial College London and obtained his MBA from the University of Iowa. He is also an NLP Trainer and certified ICF coach.
