Born and raised in Singapore, Victoria spent several years living in the United Kingdom and working in taxation and accounting in Singapore before establishing her Employee Benefits career in 2012.

Having been on the insurance carrier side for over 10 years, Victoria is well-versed in client management, business development, insurance operations and new market development in Asia. Victoria also has deep experience with managing flexible benefits programs for large complex clients with multiple locations and jurisdictions, especially Financial Services and High Tech firms.

With Pacific Prime Hong Kong, Victoria leads the benefits consulting and flexible solutions team, and manages regional key strategic accounts, to ensure seamless delivery and responsive client support.

Victoria graduated from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and holds a postgraduate qualification in business administration from the University of South Wales.
