Wicky Cheng is currently the Human Resources Director, Talent Management and Organization Development, Asia Pacific of Fresenius Medical Care Asia Pacific Limited, leading the talent management agenda in Asia Pacific, including establish talent framework, driving talent pipeline and development, initiate diversity and inclusion, fostering learning culture and employee engagement.
Prior to joining Fresenius, Wicky took up HR positions in leading multinational and local listed companies, including New World Development Company Limited, FrieslandCampina Hong Kong Limited, Imagi Services Limited and Shun Tak China Travel Ship Management Limited.
Wicky is the mentor of CUHK Mentorship Programme of Chinese University of Hong Kong. Wicky holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) majoring in Human Resources Management from the The Hong Kong Baptist University.
