Flo Chan is a UK qualified solicitor and over the years, became increasingly involved with Pro Bono, CSR and D&I work which led her to work in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). She has worked in London, Singapore and Hong Kong with experience in diverse corporate industries with a focus on DEI. Florence is currently focusing on organisations: Luuna Naturals, The Women’s Foundation and HER Fund. She is a proud mum of two.<\/p>\n

Flo is also a longstanding committee member for TedxTinhauwomen, focusing on the curation and management of speakers and a volunteer coach for the HKFC Crusaders, a soccer team for youth with Special Education Needs (SENs). She is also a passionate advocate for LGBT+ and rainbow family rights and has written submission and spoken at legco advocating for the rights of diverse minority communities in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n

Flo was featured in Vogue HK in 2020 for her advocacy work for advancing DEI rights and voices of the community and has spoken at local, regional and global conferences on the importance of the Asian perspective in the advancement of DEI.<\/p>\n
