Kristy is the Head of Human Resources, Hong Kong for HSBC. Prior to this, she was the Regional Head of Resourcing & Onboarding for Asia Pacific, responsible for implementing the new RPO model for recruitment, establishing the Executive Search function in ASP, and charting a path to greater digitization of the new joiner experience.<\/p>\n

She holds a Master\u2019s Degree in Human Resources Management and Development and a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration.<\/p>\n
