Jovan leads People Analytics at H&M Group`s supply chain organization in East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe.<\/p>\n

He has over two decades of experience in Analytics, Transformation, and Strategy across Telecom, Energy, Banking, Financial Services, Film & Media, and Public Transportation verticals in North America and APAC.<\/p>\n

He previously was a Head of Sales, Marketing & Partnership at a data science boutique consultancy working with Fortune500 clients and Founder of an HR Tech startup sponsored by HKSTP – one of the most prominent incubators in Asia, as per Forbes.<\/p>\n

For the past ten years, Jovan has successfully delivered large-scale HR Transformation projects, streamlined HR Infrastructure from silos to centralized enterprise roadmap, and modernized Analytics from spreadsheets to predictive models while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making for Rogers Communications, Cineplex, and Toronto Transit Commission.<\/p>\n

He holds a Masters Degree in Data Science and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).<\/p>\n

Jovan is a member of the Corporate Advisory Board for the HKUST MSBA program and serves as a Co-chair of the Innovation Committee at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n
