With over a decade of seasoned experience leading strategic human resource initiatives across diverse industries – including fintech, digital assets, and hospitality technology – Julia has honed her skills in both startup environments and large corporates. Her leadership in HR for high-growth organisations has reinforced her belief in the vital role of innovative culture as a driver of success.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Mox, Julia held a pivotal role at EQONEX Group as Group Head Human Resources. She was instrumental in cultivating a strong, diverse team that significantly contributed to the company’s success. Earlier in her career, Julia held high-ranking HR roles at Tink Labs and Hyphen Group.<\/p>\n

Julia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Japan, specialising in Asia Pacific Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Business Strategy. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, German, and Japanese.<\/p>\n

Outside work, Julia enjoys wakesurfing and swimming.<\/p>\n
