Claire Yu is a seasoned human resource and talent & organisation capability regional leader with 30 years of experience in Talent Management, Organization Development and Business Consulting field. In the past decades, she has led talent management & organisation development functional center of excellence (CoE) in APAC region, incl. China, India, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia & Australia, for Fortune 500 companies. She owns overall regional accountability for talent management, enterprise learning, leadership development, organisation development and inclusion & belonging. She is responsible for developing, leading and executing enterprise talent strategies and processes across more than ten countries in APAC region. Prior to being a Talent & OD leader in large corporations, Claire was a management consultant in leading international consulting firms.

Claire has successfully designed and developed leadership development initiatives tailored for specific regional needs, enhanced cross business unit succession planning and talent development, driven employee engagement and championed organisational change & culture building.
