Eng Hui is a senior HR leader with over 20 years of experience driving people‑centred transformation across semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, biotechnology, and the public sector.

As Senior Director, HR & IT at SSMC (an NXP & TSMC JV), he leads people & culture initiatives and provides management oversight on IT & cybersecurity operations. He is also a member of the SEMI SEA Workforce Development Council.

With his leadership team, SSMC has earned the Singapore Opportunity Index Top 300 Employers Award and The Straits Times Singapore Best Employers 2026 Award.
