Eng Sing is Vice President, Group Talent at Singtel, where he works at the intersection of business, leadership and workforce transformation. As a member of the Group HR leadership team, he partners senior leaders across a diverse portfolio of telecommunications, technology services, digital infrastructure and digital businesses operating across multiple markets, shaping the leadership and workforce capabilities needed to execute strategy and sustain long-term performance.

With over two decades of experience across ICT and financial services, Eng Sing has held country and regional leadership roles at Singtel, GIC, Goldman Sachs and UBS. His work spans talent and leadership strategy, succession, organisational effectiveness and workforce transformation, with a particular interest in how AI, skills and new operating models are reshaping organisations and the future of work.

Beyond his corporate role, Eng Sing contributes to Singapore’s broader skills and workforce agenda as a member of the Skills Advisory Panel, co-chaired by Skills & Workforce Development Singapore (SWDA) and the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP). He also brings nine years of listed-company board experience.
