Josh is a global transformation leader with executive experience across APAC and EMEA, specialising in digital strategy and AI enablement. As machines become part of the operating environment, he focuses on the harder leadership problem most organisations now face – how work, decisions, and human capability evolve when intelligence becomes embedded in the enterprise.

At GovTech, Josh leads Digital Transformation & Capability and the Digital Academy, shaping how Singapore’s public sector develops technology and leadership capability at scale. Appointed a Smart Nation Fellow in 2022, he advises on national digital strategy and capability development across Singapore.

Outside work – and sometimes inside it too – Josh enjoys building LEGO, cooking, and following football, ideally alongside his son Jonah and wife Megan.
