With over two decades of experience across multinational organisations, Manvi is a seasoned HR leader known for partnering closely with senior executives to shape workforce and talent strategies aligned to business transformation and growth. She has led people agendas across diverse and complex environments, including rapid growth, acquisitions, and large‑scale enterprise integration.

Prior to her current role, Manvi was the Lead HR Business Partner for GSK India’s Commercial organisation, supporting the company’s largest business and workforce. Her career also includes senior HR leadership roles at Avery Dennison, ASSA ABLOY, Bharti Infratel, and Schneider Electric, spanning industries such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, infrastructure, and industrial solutions.

Manvi brings deep expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, M&A integration, and agile HR operating models, underpinned by a strong commitment to building inclusive, high‑performing cultures.

She holds a Management degree in Human Resources from the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, and is certified in multiple psychometric and leadership assessment tools.
