Prior to joining CHAGEE, Sophie held organisation development and learning leadership roles at several global Fortune 500 companies such as Shell and Mars, etc., where she partnered with senior leaders to drive large-scale transformation, leadership development, and organisational capability building across multiple business units. She also has extensive experience as an organisational development consultant for leading private enterprises, supporting organisations in building talent infrastructures and leadership capabilities. She has worked closely with companies during periods of rapid scaling and global expansion, and is recognised for her expertise in helping Chinese companies navigate international growth.
