In his role, Sujay works with organisations across industries to help them define their human resources technology transformation roadmap and craft out the integral role of cloud HR technology as a critical business execution platform. This involves working with organisations to build the case for change from the design to project initiation stage.

In his earlier role at SAP, Sujay used to lead client development for SAP SuccessFactors in the mid-market client segment across South East Asia.

Prior to joining SAP, Sujay used to Head Client Engagement for Aon Hewitt’s HR Optimisation & Outsourcing Business across South East Asia. In total Sujay has spent around 15+ years with Aon Hewitt in the markets of India, China and South East Asia in various leadership roles. His primary focus has been around building the case for HR Technology transformation with client leadership teams to drive closer alignment to business needs and outcomes.

Sujay has a Masters Degree in Business Economics and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Sujay is presently based in Singapore.
