In his current role as Chief AI and Innovation Officer at Meinhardt Group, Terence leads the Group’s AI, digital innovation, and transformation strategy to strengthen operational performance and enhance technology leadership across regional business divisions. Some of his key responsibilities include aligning emerging technologies with strategic business goals and operational efficiency improvements, leading the conceptualisation, design, and integration of advanced digital platforms, and strengthening Meinhardt’s brand positioning as a technology-driven engineering leader.
