Currently the Director of Learning and Organisation Development for Asia Pacific at Emerson, Binesh has dedicated his career to helping others grow and thrive. Over the past two decades, he has held pivotal leadership roles across diverse geographies, while facilitating impactful workshops that have empowered more than 25,000 individuals in 15 countries.<\/p>\n

Binesh\u2019s passion for making a difference hasn\u2019t gone unnoticed. He\u2019s been named as one of Asia\u2019s Top 25 Influencers by the World HRD Congress and has received accolades from the National Training and Development Congress and CHRO Asia. He’s equally committed to building workplaces where people belong; he founded and leads Emerson’s Asia Pacific Inclusion Council, creating space for every voice to be heard.<\/p>\n

What sets Binesh apart is his unique approach to talent development. As a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, he goes beyond the surface to uncover what really drives people. Drawing from Jungian psychology, he incorporates elements such as archetypes, the collective unconscious, and individuation to unlock the hidden potential within individuals. For Binesh, growth isn’t about performance metrics; it’s about helping people recognise what makes them shine.<\/p>\n
