  • A 90-minute interactive session where the content is curated by its attendees. The purpose of the unconference aims to maximise the exchange of ideas and knowledge-sharing within this 90 minutes session. Participants can pitch a topic they wish to talk about (session topics can be submitted in advance to the producer). The topics will subsequently be put to a vote and the top 10 sessions will be chosen and run during the 25-minute breakout session.

  • A case study from Celcom highlighting its journey & experience in implementing a new learning ecosystem, which is being piloted at Celcom prior to its larger scale implementation across Axiata Group
  • An overview on the learning ecosystem & its corresponding components that will lay the foundation for the establishment of the Axiata Applied University (AAU)
  • Sharing of insights gained from the implementation experience & key questions that organizations should address prior to embarking on a similar journey
