Anne has extensive in-depth experience across the HR generalist, HR advisory, talent planning and talent acquisition space in country, regional and global roles which has given her the right combination of skills to drive an integrated agenda and deliver business goals. Working at both an operational and strategic level has been immensely valuable, and she has developed competence in the delivery of HR processes and policies. She is an expert in change programmes such as organisational and cultural. She has worked with esteemed organisations including Ernst & Young, Shell and HSBC. Her passion is developing people and helping them grow in their careers. She is deeply committed to building a workplace where people can see their value to the business and creating positive energy, accompanied by a strong desire to work with others towards a common goal of delivering for the customer. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Law from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne and is currently in accreditation for Global Women in Boards, Certified Coach and ROI Professional.
