Asrif Yusoff

Asrif Yusoff is a learning and development (L&D) practitioner and researcher with over 16 years of experience in the energy industry. Throughout his career, he has held various roles in strategic planning, business development, and communication.

At present, Asrif is the Head of Leadership Academy at PETRONAS Leadership Centre where he is also a Principal Specialist in L&D.

Asrif is also currently a doctoral candidate at Durham University. He holds a Master’s in Social Innovation degree from Cambridge University, an MBA from Imperial College London, and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.

Asrif is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Social Innovation & Change at Taylor’s University, and an Adjunct Lecturer of Management & Humanities at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS.

In 2023, Asrif released his debut book, “Staying the Course: Navigating the Challenges of Part-time Study” which was published by University of Malaya Press.
