When and where will this event be held?

The event date and venue is to be confirmed. The conference will start at 8.30am and end at 4.30pm on both days.

How much does it cost to attend?

Is this conference HRDF claimable?

Yes it is.

Can we choose our seats at the conference?

Yes. For this conference, we operate on a free seating basis.

How will the conference be conducted?

This is a two-day conference including panel discussions, presentations, engaging Q&A sessions and more. For more information please refer to the agenda

Is lunch provided?

Yes. Morning refreshments, lunch and tea breaks are provided at no cost.

What if I can only attend for one day?

Unfortunately, only two-day passes are sold. If you have special requirements contact Project Managers, Adrian Ray and Reggie Ola for more information.

I do not live in Kuala Lumpur/Malaysia. Can I attend?

Yes! International attendees are welcome. If you require a visa to visit, we can prepare an invitation letter for your visa processing purposes once you have registered.

What payment modes are there?

The following forms of payment are accepted: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, wire transfer.

Can I cancel my registration?

All confirmed registrations cannot be cancelled. For unforeseen circumstances, you will be issued with a credit ticket to attend another conference organised by Human Resources Online.

What do I have to bring to the conference?

Bring yourself, a positive and open attitude towards learning, a shawl/business jacket and your business cards for registration. If you are attending solely as a delegate, you are not required to prepare a presentation.

What is the dress code?

Business attire and we recommend bringing a sweater/jacket with you as the room may get cold.

Are there complimentary parking coupons available?

There will be no complimentary parking coupons. However you can validate your parking coupon at a flat rate  on site. More information will be passed to you on the day of the event upon registration.

Is there free Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi will be provided at the hotel. More details will be shared on-site at the event itself.

Can I take photos or videos during the conference?

Yes, you may take photos discreetly without the use of flash. Video recordings are not permitted.

Will we get presentation materials?

Yes, post-conference we will make the presentation materials available to you, upon the speaker’s approval.
