Guna Govin is the Founder and CEO of Nixfon Learning, a regional Docebo LMS partner driving digital learning transformation across Southeast Asia. With over 25 years’ experience in HR technology, he is a recognised pioneer in talent management and learning technology, having led some of the region’s earliest HR technology implementations.

Guna previously headed ASEAN sales at First Advantage, served as Country Manager and later Managing Director for Southeast Asia following Lumesse’s acquisition of Nixfon’s talent management business, and led Willis Towers Watson’s HR technology practice for Asia Pacific.

He is passionate about helping organisations reposition learning and development from an operational cost centre into a strategic business driver, using technology and data to demonstrate tangible impact. Guna also champions AI and business intelligence adoption in learning and development and speaks regularly on technology’s evolving role in HR and learning.
