Kamaldin Nordin is an experienced HR and leadership development leader with a proven track record across renowned global companies including onsemi, Motorola, and Bose. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at onsemi, he works closely with senior leadership to shape talent strategy, strengthen leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of coaching and inclusion across the Asia-Pacific region. 

Prior to onsemi, Kamaldin held senior HR roles including Director of Motorola University for Asia Pacific and the Middle East at Motorola Solutions, where he led employee development and drove revenue growth for the university’s consulting arm; Human Resources Director at Bose Malaysia, overseeing the full HR spectrum and helping to establish Bose Systems Malaysia as a great place to work.
