Louisa Brady has over 25 years of human resources leadership experience across global FTSE 100 FMCG and defence industries. Louisa started her career in Unilever in 1990 and moved to BAE Systems in 2005 before joining Yinson in April 2020, which she now serves as Group Chief Human Resources Officer. With proven capability across organisational development, employee engagement, learning and change management, Louisa’s expertise lies in enabling international growth strategies to be realised through their people. Having led HR teams across EMEA, APAC and the Middle East, Louisa values diversity, equality and inclusivity, which form Yinson’s culture and reputation, contributing to its success. She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development in the United Kingdom.
