Later, she took on a country HR leadership role in a multinational organisation, driving transformative HR initiatives and strengthening talent pipelines. In her most recent role in the retail F&B sector, she introduced a business partnership model focusing on recruitment, retention, development, and performance management, while automating HR processes to save over 10,000 man-hours annually.
