Mohd Lufti Bin Osman Haron is Vice President, Talent Management at Pharmaniaga Berhad. At Pharmaniaga, he established the new KPI cascading framework and talent gate assessment methodology. Mohd Lufti also developed leadership development programmes and oversees the organisation’s performance management system (PMS).

With over 15 years of experience in HR strategy, Mohd Lufti specialises in manpower planning. He also specialises in succession planning and performance management across diverse sectors. These include pharmaceuticals, aviation, postal services, education, and consultancy. His experience includes roles at Lembaga Tabung Haji and Pos Malaysia Berhad. Mohd Lufti also spent seven years in leadership development consulting.
