Naziatul Shafeenaz Nasruddin, or Naz, is currently the Chief People Officer at Astro. Prior to her current role, Naz was the Chief People Officer at Boost and Group Head of Talent Management at Axiata.
Over nearly two decades, she has built deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, organisational transformation, and culture change. Her career spans both consulting and industry, with roles across renowned organisations including Willis Towers Watson, Sime Darby Berhad, Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad, Malakoff Corporation Berhad, EY (Ernst & Young), Deloitte Consulting Malaysia, and Accenture Solutions. Throughout her career, she has helped organisations build leadership pipelines, transform workforce capabilities, redesign operating models, and navigate large-scale business and cultural transformations.
A psychologist by education and an organisational and talent strategist by practice, Naz is passionate about understanding human potential and translating that potential into organisational impact. From talent management and succession planning to leadership acceleration and organisational effectiveness, her work has consistently focused on helping organisations identify, develop, and unlock the leaders they will need for the future, not just the present.
