Angie Ng Eng Chia is a seasoned HR Leader with over 25 years of experience in multinational environments, including UK, Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, Korea and China. She brings deep expertise in driving culture transformation, talent strategy and learning & development to support business growth and operational excellence. Currently, she serves as HR Director cum Regional L&D Lead for Haier Electrical Appliances (Malaysia), where she oversees HR operations in Malaysia and learning initiatives across SEA. In 2025, Angie was honoured with Gold award for Most Inspiring Leader and Best Organisational Change Leadership at the Employee Experience Awards (EXA), recognising her impact in shaping high performance culture.
