Norhaslita Ramli has over 28 years of rail industry experience, including 25 in Learning and Development. She started her career as a Control Executive at Kelana Jaya Line. She then advanced to become the Head of System Competency Training in 2009 and now leads Learning and Capability Development at Prasarana to ensure service excellence.

A subject matter expert, Norhaslita contributed to Malaysia’s National Occupational Skill Standards and Rail Occupancy Framework. She holds a Bachelor’s in Information Technology (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (1995) and a Malaysian Advanced Skills Diploma in Railway Operation and Control Management, specialises in TVET for rail and bus operation and maintenance. Norhaslita trains talent locally and internationally, especially in Rail Operation Control and English for Frontliners.
