Pixie is a transformation professional with three decades of experience across diverse industries such as telecom, banking & financial services, and hospitality. He has worked with prominent organisations including Maxis, UBS AG, Prudential, and American Express. With 15 years of experience in global and regional leadership roles, he specialises in addressing skill and process gaps, managing complex programmes and driving strategic change across diverse geographies. His expertise spans L&D strategy and execution, leadership and talent development, culture transformation, operational excellence, innovation, and consulting, underpinned by his credentials as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Change Architect. His passion for people capability enabled the transition from operational excellence to L&D.

Currently as the Head of Culture, Learning & Talent Development at Maxis, he leads the agenda for learning, talent, culture, and simplification. He has successfully built an effective learning ecosystem, launched key curricula, led organisational culture transformation, and set up a simplification program delivering significant financial benefits.

Prior to Maxis, Pixie spent over a decade at UBS AG in Singapore in various leadership capacities, including Global Head of Learning & Development for the Group Transformation Office. Known for challenging the status quo, he leads with high energy and has consistently delivered impactful results.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Leading Innovation and Change and has been recognised with multiple awards for his contributions, including a recent one viz. Gold Award for Best Inhouse Learning Academy in Malaysia, from Human Resources Online.
