With 26 years mainly in the semiconductor industry, Shanti brings a wealth of experience from various MNC organisations, starting off her career in operations in the field of QC, QA and R&D and then switching gears to HR. She accidentally started her career in HR back in 2010 and has never looked back since. She has held several HR leadership roles in a few reputable MNCs. From being a strategic partner to starting up green field manufacturing site, Shanti is known for her high energy and passion in partnering with business leaders to create a highly engaged and efficient workforce. Extremely result oriented, Shanti has successfully improved business results in the organisation’s she has been with her creative and pro-active partnership in transforming work cultures.
Shanti is married with 2 boys and loves spending time with her family, travelling and she winds down by reading books and going for walks in nature.
