Furn’s HR experience is drawn from a balanced exposure of having served in both multinational and government-linked companies in Malaysia like Telekom, Malaysia Airlines, T-Systems and Freescale/Motorola Semiconductors. She is passionate about developing people through the cultivation of a learning mindset.
She has engaged with many established institutions such as Stanford Business School, IMD, Cranfield University, ICLIF and MMU. Being a strong proponent of agile, lean and design thinking has helped her develop programmes in challenging and austere conditions without compromising the quality of content and delivery.
Furn is a certified Business and Executive Coach. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Masters degree in Corporate Communications.
