Vaibhav joined the Belgium-headquartered Sibelco Group in February 2026 as HR Director, APAC. He has since taken on an expanded role as Global HR Business Partner for the Geology & Mining and Sustainability functions. Based in Kuala Lumpur, he supports countries across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore, as well as India, Australia, China, Taiwan, and Korea.

Previously at Nestlé, Vaibhav implemented global HR best practices, enhanced employee engagement and retention, developed leadership capabilities, and fostered a culture of innovation and inclusion. He also supported the deployment of the Hire to Retire project, a global HR transformation initiative that simplified and standardised end-to-end HR processes across Nestlé markets.

His roles at Nestlé included Head of Talent for the South Asia Region, Head of Talent for Indochina, and HR Business Partner for Zone Asia, Oceania, and Africa. He has also worked as an HR Manager for a large-scale unionised factory and as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young. Outside work, he is an avid reader, swimmer, cyclist, and investor.
