Wan Mohamad Fathi Bin Wan Nordin is a highly accomplished learning and organisational development leader, currently serving as the Head of Group Organisational Learning at Maybank. In this role, he oversees the bank’s regional learning strategies, and capability-building programmes to future-proof workforce readiness. He is a Chartered Banker, a Fellow Chartered Member of CIPD and holds a Certified Training Professional (CTP) from the Australian Institute of Management. He is also certified in Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation – Silver Level.

He was the Chairman for HCC (Human Capital Committee) for MIBA (Malaysia Investment Bank Association) and Chairman for HDC STC for Financial Institution Sector

Under his leadership, Maybank has won 4 Gold and 1 Silver awards for Excellence in Learning & Development at the HR Excellence Awards and earned accolades from AICB and HRDC. Most recently, Wan Mohamad Fathi was featured as a speaker at the 51st IFTDO World Conference & Exhibition 2025, highlighting his commitment to advancing future-ready workforce capabilities.
