Dr Maizura Mohamad is Director of Corporate Services at Institut Keusahawanan Negara Berhad (INSKEN), having previously served as Director of Coaching within the organisation. With 23 years of professional experience, she has built a career centred on people development, organisational capability building, and meaningful learning experiences. Her professional journey spans higher education, entrepreneurship capacity development, and industry, with a strong focus on translating knowledge and learning into sustainable impact.<\/p>\n

Dr Maizura has extensive experience in education, business management, and entrepreneurship development. She has been involved in developing and delivering learning programmes, training modules, and capacity-building initiatives to enhance individual, entrepreneurial, and organisational performance. She also served as Acting Chief Executive Officer of INSKEN during the transition before the appointment of the current CEO. Her expertise includes coaching and mentoring, entrepreneurial module design, leadership development, capacity building, business management, and entrepreneurship development.<\/p>\n
