Professor of Leadership & Organisation<\/p>\n

IMD Business School<\/strong><\/p>\n

Professor Ric serves as Professor of Leadership & Organisation with IMD. At IMD he teaches in the areas of Integrative Thinking, Leadership Transitions, Global Mindset and Leading Organizational Change.He is a senior business psychologist who has led advisory projects for clients in over 30 countries. He advises Boards and CEOs on matters related to Board Renewal, CEO Succession, Top Team Effectiveness and Leadership Transitions.<\/p>\n

Professor Ric has over 25 years of consulting and teaching experience, including 18 years based in Asia. Prior to joining IMD he served as head of leadership advisory services for Russell Reynolds for Asia Pacific. He has partnered with a diverse range of clients including BNP Paribas, Loreal and Schneider Electric.<\/p>\n

Professor Ric received his B.S. in Engineering from the University of Arizona, M.A. from Antioch University in Whole Systems Design, and doctoral degree in Leadership and Organisation from University of San Francisco.<\/p>\n
